He has been working for All for One Poland since 2001, he is a member of the Management Board and Sales Director, where he is responsible for strategy and sales of All for One group’s services and products on international markets and in Poland. Privately a lover of travelling and Italian and Middle Eastern cuisine.

Szymon Boniecki

Szymon Boniecki is a Co-founder and CEO of a software development consultancy Monterail. With over 130 experts and over 400 completed projects, the company has been recognised by Deloitte and Financial Times. He started his career in Sillicon Valley startups in early 2000s. Since then focused on helping companies all over the world with bringing beautiful digital products to life. Szymon is a believer in communities. As the Founding President of EO Poland he helped build the best community for entrepreneurs in the region. An avid cyclist, married to a public figure.

 Antoni Mielniczuk
Member of the board

graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, qualified in the field of crisis management, marketing management, crisis communication and customer relationship management. He has over 25 years of commercial experience in international economic structures. Since 2012, he has been conducting business in cooperation with Middle East, African and Asian countries, thanks to which he has unique contacts, extensive knowledge and valuable interpersonal skills.

Kamila Krajewska

Kamila has been actively working in the GCC region as a Project Manager since 2022, gaining invaluable insights and experience through collaborations with Antoni Mielniczuk and other esteemed companies. One of Kamila’s significant achievements includes successfully implementing the first-ever Polish IT conference at the Ministry of Communication and Technology in Riyadh, KSA. This milestone event highlights ability to bring large-scale plans to fruition, demonstrating commitment to excellence and innovation.
